Every surgical indication is discussed in depth and managed through tailored care, explained step by step. When surgery is required, it remains a last resort and systematically prioritizes the least invasive approach.
01Pre-operative Consultation
The surgical decision is the exclusive responsibility of your operating surgeon. Each patient receives a personalized, comprehensive evaluation to determine the necessity and optimal approach for surgery.
02Diagnostic Workup & 3D Imaging
All diagnostic imaging, specialized 3D pelvic ultrasound, and in-office procedures are performed directly by Dr. Jegaden at the practice.
03Surgical Procedure
Dr. Jegaden performs surgical procedures under local or general anesthesia at the Clinique de la Muette (Paris 16th). Outpatient day surgery is prioritized whenever clinically feasible.

04Post-operative Follow-up
A detailed guide with recovery instructions and emergency contacts is provided on the day of surgery. Dr. Jegaden personally calls each patient the following day, and a follow-up consultation is scheduled.
